Tool Manufacturing

We offer a wide range of services in the design, manufacture, maintenance and repair of injection moulds and tools. We operate our own simulation centre with state-of-the-art, comprehensive simulation software and experienced employees.

Plastic / silicone

With over 34 injection moulding machines, we offer high-precision plastic injection moulding and silicone injection moulding and manufacture under state-of-the-art conditions.

Metalworking and sheet metal processing

We excel in metalworking and sheet metal processing – from the sheet metal panel to the finished device with our own fixture manufacturing.

Clean room manufacturing

Up to class 7: We can realise the entire production process up to class 7 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1.

Surface finishing

A comprehensive range of surface technologies is available for a wide variety of applications in order to realise the ideal solution.

Module assembly

System assembly with individually optimised processes – we assemble individual parts, modules and systems into complex assemblies and complete, ready-to-use devices.

Logistics

From purchasing to packaging to delivery, we assume responsibility for the entire supply chain and reduce our customers’ workload worldwide.
